Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our enterprise solutions team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday implementation and be able to provide strategic leadership from solution design through implementation delivery.

This role involves partnering with sales teams to provide expert guidance on solution design, contributing to RFPs and RFIs, and developing effort and budgetary estimations aligned with customer asks.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring continuity of design intent and solution integrity, and provide quality assurance oversight and thought leadership on in-flight implementations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with pursuit and sales teams to provide expert solution guidance and contribute to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Develop effort and budgetary estimations aligning to customer asks.
  • Support the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring continuity of design intent and solution integrity.
  • Provide quality assurance oversight and thought leadership on in-flight implementations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure cohesive and aligned solution delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of actual implementation experience.
  • Strong Workday implementation experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
