Workday Integration Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integrations using Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) and Workday Studio
  • Perform data loads to Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Collaborate with HR teams to configure and develop Workday features
  • Ensure seamless data flow and compliance with Data Privacy Act
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HCM systems as a super-user or analyst
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver data-driven insights
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new technologies
