Customer Support Representative

TalentPop is seeking a professional customer support representative to work in a remote environment. We're looking for individuals who are friendly, tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills and experience working with e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
