E-commerce Specialist Job Description

As a key player in our online sales growth strategy, the E-commerce Specialist will oversee the management and optimization of product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, identify market trends, and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listing Management: Oversee the creation, publication, and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimization Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to enhance search visibility and conversion rates through keyword research, product categorization, and inventory management.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels across all e-commerce channels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Requirements:
  • E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
