
E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong technical skills and experience in e-commerce support. You will provide timely, accurate, and personalized responses to customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat in real-time, offering clear and concise solutions
- Utilize knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed, maintaining open communication with customers throughout the process
- Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and best practices to ensure accurate and informed responses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective support strategies
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce support (preferably with Shopify)
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and practices
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
