Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth in the region through acquisition and usage programs.

This involves recommending expansion areas, untapped market opportunities, and other business prospects for brand development. Additionally, developing and implementing programs aligned with the brand value proposition is crucial for success.

Effective execution of brand campaigns and major sales-related programs specific to regions assigned is also a key responsibility. Determining region-specific consumer insights and managing idea generation processes are essential tasks.

Collaboration with Sales teams to develop critical capabilities and customer experience requirements supports program implementation. Preparing and valuing business cases is also a vital function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and evaluate regional business strategies to grow postpaid and prepaid broadband in three territories.
  • Drive execution of broadband business strategies to acquire new customers while growing the base of all broadband products.
  • Ensure alignment of regional programs and strategies with the total brand proposition.
Regional Marketing & Territory Execution
  • Develop and execute territory programs aligned with regional insights and learnings in the Luzon cluster.
  • Manage brand equity and imagery of BB products to ensure cut-through and relevance of messaging in each region.
  • Oversee A&P spending to ensure allocations deliver the most revenue conversions.
Regional Insights & Analytics
  • Drive regional dashboarding, brand health tracking, and deep dives to determine key action plans addressing business issues.
  • Facilitate and advise on customer insights and global trends specific to the region.
Talent Development
  • Develop personal training plans for brand upskilling and IDP.
  • Develop Regional Lifecysle Managers for brand upskilling.
