Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent across various industries.

Your primary duties will involve:

  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Evaluating candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through initial screening and interviews.
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to target the right audience.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
