Sales Development Representative (Entry Level) – Remote Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual for our Sales Development Representative position. As an entry-level role, this is an ideal opportunity to break into the high-income potential world of tech sales. With close guidance from our experienced team members, you will be instrumental in building the foundation of our sales pipeline and helping us expand our customer base.

About the Role
  1. You will lead generation efforts through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking, identifying and prospecting potential clients.
  2. Engage with leads to understand their needs, qualify them, and move them through the sales funnel.
  3. Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  4. Collaborate with our sales team to pass along qualified leads and support Account Executives in follow-up communication.
  5. Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects using CRM systems.
  6. Achieve targets related to calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to uncover new sales opportunities.
What We Look For
  1. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is required; no prior experience is necessary.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  3. A self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented approach, able to manage rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems for sales outreach.
  5. Self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
