Key Responsibilities
- Activate customer accounts, setting up email domains, phone numbers, and trial features to drive growth.
- Manage user accounts, billing information, and product configurations to ensure data accuracy within internal systems.
- Review and update communication platform costs, supporting the execution of price changes for customers as needed.
- Contribute to operational projects by updating large volumes of account data and suggesting process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and partnership teams to set up new customer accounts and deliver smooth onboarding experiences.
- Research and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach, providing market insights.
- Coordinate supporting documents for spam reports and communicate with telecom partners as necessary.
