Job OverviewThe Customer Success Manager for subscription services is responsible for promoting customer loyalty by ensuring successful adoption of subscription services. This involves partnering with sales, delivery teams, and other resources to drive the adoption cycle.
Responsibilities- Develop trusted relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Create Customer Success Plans and Quarterly Reports.
- Conduct Success Reviews and facilitate collaboration.
- Align activities with business outcomes.
- Understand customer operations through discovery activities.
- Recommend improvements to operational challenges.
- Measure and analyze usage data to identify barriers to adoption.
- Develop strategies to improve adoption, including stakeholder communication and training.
- Support organizational information security through metrics and remediation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in customer success, account management, or consulting.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and platforms like Salesforce, SAP, O365, Tableau, Cisco DNA, etc.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
