About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our clinical outreach team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to activate clinical trial sites.

  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and engaging with key stakeholders in the clinical research community.
  • Utilize advanced tools and techniques to research and filter potential contacts, ensuring accuracy and precision in our outreach efforts.
  • Apply clinical judgment and expertise to evaluate the suitability of potential partners and ensure alignment with our organization's goals.
  • Create customized targeting frameworks using industry-standard codes and claims logic.
  • Rigorously quality-assure all lists prior to launch, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, specialty match, and targeting precision.
  • Design and iterate email templates that drive engagement and response.
  • Lead and manage outreach coordinators, providing guidance and coaching to optimize performance.
  • Oversee the deployment of email sequences in specialized software solutions.
  • Triangulate replies and facilitate handoff to relevant stakeholders for further evaluation and qualification.
  • Analyze outreach performance and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of our systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of the clinical research landscape and the ability to navigate complex relationships within the industry.
  • Expertise in researching and filtering potential contacts using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply clinical judgment and expertise to evaluate suitability and alignment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to design and iterate email templates that drive engagement and response.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and coach outreach coordinators to optimize performance.
  • Experience working with specialized software solutions and ability to analyze outreach performance and identify areas for improvement.
