A global recruitment company is seeking a dedicated and organized professional to fill the role of Early Careers & Campus Coordinator. This position involves pioneering new solutions and technologies while partnering with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the candidate selection process from campus outreach to final offers, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to support candidates throughout their hiring journey, utilizing relationship-building and process-management skills.
  • Coordinate account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, and offer/onboarding, adhering to deadlines.
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports within established timelines.
Requirements
  • Effective English business communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and write clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
