As the Early Careers & Campus (EC&C) Manager, you will be at the heart of shaping the future talent pipeline. This role isn't just about managing processes—it's about leading with purpose. You'll take full ownership of recruitment delivery, relationship management, and the annual budget for a team of dedicated coordinators within a large, complex client solution.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager or Client Operations Director, your leadership will drive both commercial success and people development. You'll be the one ensuring your team not only meets but exceeds all agreed quality thresholds—bringing strategy to life through action, insight, and care.

What you'll be doing:
- You will take on a hybrid role that involves both operational team management and strategic collaboration with senior managers in the Philippines. This position supports the expanding workstream - from talent acquisition through to the execution of key strategies.
- You'll exhibit a strong operational understanding of the account while taking on responsibilities beyond the scope of the role.
- You'll be responsible for overseeing the movement and allocation of resources across accounts.
- You're accountable for clearly communicating Strategic Account Vision and Plan to team. Ensure they understand the account's commercial model, and their role in helping achieve its strategic priorities and KPI targets.
- You'll coach and develop direct reports or dotted line reports through ongoing one-to-one performance and development conversations with support from the SM / COD.
You'll need to demonstrate:
- Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to talent engagement, while ensuring team performance remains consistently high.
- Prior experience within the EC&C environment is a valuable asset.
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Exhibits a leadership style rooted in mentorship, fostering growth and development within the team.
- Demonstrable ability to build a position as a trusted advisor, engage and influence senior stakeholders towards a course of action.
- Experience managing a team, demonstrable ability to manage, coach and develop direct reports.
- Agile in response to change or uncertainty - able to cope with and lead a team and client through significant change.
- Willingness to work in the mid shift schedule.
