Job Overview

The role of a Senior Coordinator at involves pioneering new solutions and innovative technologies while partnering with clients to provide Early Careers & Campus Services.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong organisational skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as experience working in-house, in agency or in RPO in a role focussed on talent acquisition, candidate management and volume recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. This includes updating Operations Manual and work instructions, building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes, and reviewing processes to identify areas of improvement.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and working independently with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will also have strong organisational skills, workload, and time management, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing account specific activities for requisition creation and management, events management, application screening, online test administration, video interview assessment, interview scheduling, query management, offer management, onboarding, invoicing and PO raising, updating applicant tracking system, referral tracking, and reporting
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes
