We are seeking a dependable and organized professional to fill the position of Office Liaison. This hands-on role involves delivering documents, running errands, and handling crucial tasks such as banking transactions and government office visits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pick up and carry messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments.
  • Assist with successful bank transactions, including permit/compliance payments.
  • Perform general office work such as filing materials and running errands.
Requirements
  • Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Integrity, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
  • Will to work in multiple sites, including Cubao, Ortigas, and Alabang.
