Bilingual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our CEO.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, emails, and task lists ensuring timely reminders for meetings and deliverables.
  • Digitize hard-copy documents and set up a document management system using SharePoint maintaining secure and easy access to information.
  • Communicate clearly with internal staff and external clients or contractors drafting and responding to correspondence in both English and French.
  • Coordinate with staff and third parties to ensure seamless project execution tracking open items and providing regular status updates to the CEO.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Fluency in both English and French written and spoken.
  • Proven experience managing calendars emails and documents for senior executives.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Teams SharePoint.
  • Comfortable and professional handling phone communications.
