About this role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Client Relationship Officers.

This position will support our business by managing front-line interactions with high-net-worth clients, assisting with routine transactions, and serving as the key coordinator between relationship managers, retail banking store sales officers, and sales support teams. The successful candidate will deliver a seamless and elevated banking experience for our most valued customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting relationship managers in delivering efficient and quality service by handling customer inquiries and finding solutions.
  • Serving as the main contact point for customers' support functions to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Building relationships with customers and responding to account or operational-related concerns.
  • Liaising with internal departments and providing instructions on account maintenance requirements.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accountancy, banking, business studies, administration, management, commerce, or equivalent.
  • 1-4 years of experience in banking/financial services or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
