Job Opportunity

As a highly skilled marketing professional, you will be responsible for managing social media presence and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring appearance is optimized and responding to chats in a timely manner.
  • Content Creation: Plan and create business-to-consumer (B2C) posts per week and one business-to-business (B2B) post per week, maintaining daily stories and leveraging local and licensee content.
  • Followers Growth: Grow followers and manage following to ensure strong online presence.
In-app Communications
  • Manage communication channels within the app, including notifications, pop-ups, banners, promotion carousels, deals inbox, news inbox, and featured games, ensuring content is fresh and current.
  • Test and Ensure Accuracy: Browse and test marketing-related features regularly to ensure they are working accurately.
Monthly Marketing Initiatives
  • Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) Newsletter: Plan, create, and distribute an EDM newsletter for platform customers.
  • Monthly Promotion: Plan, create, and project manage monthly promotions.
Licensee Marketing
  • Monitor Social Media and Mobile App: Monitor social media and mobile app usage to ensure other cities are following best practice and branding guidelines, proactively communicating areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Share and Post Content: Share and/or post selected social media content.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media and marketing, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, passion for customer service, and friendly, positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma and interest in football is a plus.
  • Experience working overseas or with international companies, hospitality experience, and franchise development or support experience are also pluses.
