We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support a multi-company founder and CEO.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the strategic right-hand to the CEO, orchestrating priorities, managing execution, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage day-to-day execution, anticipate needs, and create clarity from complexity.
  • Leverage AI tools (especially technology) to streamline workflows.

Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in executive operations, project coordination, or operations roles supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented personality with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint).
