Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support in both English and Spanish?

MCI is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Support Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide clear and accurate communication across both languages.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance with billing inquiries and account updates, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
  • Provide clear and accurate communication across both languages
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and account updates
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
