Key Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic customer support professional to join our team.

This key role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

A strong background in customer service, preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry, is preferred. Product knowledge and industry experience with metal cutting tools are a bonus but not necessary.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, team-oriented, and dedicated to fulfilling customers' needs promptly and courteously.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide quality customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Process and maintain accurate records of sales orders, quotes, and returns.
  3. Collaborate with internal sales personnel and the Customer Service Manager to address customer-sensitive issues.
  4. Meet established departmental KPIs and support Accounts Receivable functions.
Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent manufacturing industry experience with 3-5 years of customer service experience is preferred. You should be comfortable working in a global team environment, interacting with stakeholders at all levels, and continuously looking to improve current practices while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Frequent mental and visual attention is required for this role, which will be performed in an office or home environment. Adherence to our Code of Conduct Policy is essential.
