Strategic Insights Consultant

The ideal candidate will serve as a business partner, collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable analytics engines and lead the next wave of commercial intelligence.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal client leads and external partners to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables.
  • Develop tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and narrative insights that reveal operational levers.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to stakeholders with clear recommendations for testing.
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models supporting benchmarking and campaign planning.
  • Mentor junior analysts in storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills.
  • Play a key role in driving cross-client standardisation and reporting automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Business.
  • 7+ years' experience in analytics, with a focus on commercial work.
  • Expert-level SQL, extracting and transforming large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, presenting insights to external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling.
  • Skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools, building intuitive dashboards.
