Immerse in the design and deployment of robust systems, where scalability meets innovation. This high-impact role thrives on collaboration, leveraging expertise to streamline processes and drive measurable outcomes.

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the orchestration of complex projects, mapping end-to-end processes into concise SOPs (owners, SLAs, templates). You'll build no/low-code integrations and automations across our stack, launching executive dashboards to track before/after impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and simplify end-to-end processes, documenting clear SOPs for owners, SLAs, and templates.
  • Design and implement no/low-code integrations and automations across our tech stack.
  • Launch executive dashboards to measure the impact of process changes.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to identify gaps, negotiate engagements, and implement recommendations.
  • Drive change management and adoption, training process owners and stakeholders.
  • Run POC → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent fields like Systems Engineering, Data/Applied Statistics, Operations Research, CS/Software, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Service Design, Project/Product Management, or Quality Management.
  • Experience: 8 years in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-industry exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Tools: Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; familiarity with APIs/Webhooks (basic SQL/Apps Script is a plus).
  • Remote-readiness: Initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time based on successful outcomes.
Skills
  • BPMN process mapping & concise SOP writing.
  • No/Low-Code automation and API/Webhook integrations.
  • Analytics & KPI design; before/after impact measurement.
  • Advisor sourcing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management: Agile, Lean, and 80/20 thinking.
  • Executive communication and clear documentation.
