Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IoT Data Systems Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing and developing cutting-edge telemetry and connectivity solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with expertise in data streaming technologies, cybersecurity principles, and system design to enhance our global SaaS services and provide customers with the essential data services needed to build the next generation of IoT devices effortlessly.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT data processing, system architecture, and software engineering. They will be responsible for designing and architecting high-performance service APIs, developing robust governance, auditing, and management systems, and partnering with our infrastructure team to build scalable cloud-based SaaS solutions.

The successful candidate will also have experience with industrial/engineering data exchange protocols, knowledge of observability tools, and the ability to design decentralized data ownership models ensuring interoperability and governance across domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance service APIs for data streaming services
  • Develop robust governance, auditing, and management systems within our advanced telemetry platform
  • Partner with our infrastructure team to build scalable cloud-based SaaS solutions
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of new features, ensuring operational excellence at scale
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity principles and proactively addressing complex challenges of IoT environments
  • Experience with data streaming technologies (MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Knowledge of observability tools (OpenTelemetry)
  • Industrial/engineering data exchange protocols (OPC-UA, ModBus)
  • Strong background in IoT data processing, system architecture, and software engineering
