Technical Client Support Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical client support team to deliver exceptional support to DTCC clients. Your expertise in technical client support will enable you to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution.

- You will participate in Major Incident Management representing the Client Service team, identifying client impact issues and providing resolution/recommendations.
