The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets for our Logistics team.

Key responsibilities include creating new and standardizing ongoing logistics budget reports, running adhoc analyses to identify root causes of issues driving deviation of key performance metrics from targets, and monitoring reports on key logistics budget performance metrics and communicating insights to internal stakeholders and senior management.

Additionally, the candidate will liaison with local budget teams for monthly and quarterly budget submissions, monitor pricing matrix vs. competitors and suggest rate changes to maintain Shopee's competitive advantage, and manage Logistics P&L and make recommendations on improving and keeping metrics within targets.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus but not required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management or similar role
  • Professional certification/license such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
