Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Programs Manager to oversee APAC learning initiatives for bilingual audiences. You will schedule sessions, coordinate facilitators, track attendance, and provide participant support in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bilingual Communication: Provide language assistance for Manufacturing training programs and participants.
  • Regional Management: Optimize sessions for APAC time zones, liaise with vendors, and manage the participant service desk.
  • Quality & Backup: Document processes, provide cross-program support, and ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain 24-hour SLA response, prepare regional reports, and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Team Coordination: Manage teams effectively.
  • Vendor Liaison: Experience in working with vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
