Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing team performance, automating metrics collection and ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-performing team dashboards to deliver timely data insights.
  • Automate key performance indicator (KPI) tracking to provide real-time business intelligence.
  • Lead the Indirect Portfolio Program, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design process flow diagrams to streamline lease renewals and other operational activities.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, and other relevant teams to drive alignment and progress.
  • Oversee lease renewals, legal activities, and projects to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly business reviews to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage vendor risks within the portfolio to proactively mitigate potential issues.
  • Update centralized databases with vendor activity, including business reviews, certifications, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate annual product roadmap and planning reviews for Tier 1 / Tier 2 vendors to ensure completion of risk and compliance documentation.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Ability to create impactful presentations to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and Power Automate to leverage technology and streamline processes.
  • Basic understanding of coding and APIs to develop custom solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English to interact with stakeholders and colleagues.
