Key Financial Product Analyst Role

As a Key Financial Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and making strategic decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop project plans, roadmaps, and dashboards that drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial products, pricing, performance, and customer adoption.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with finance, product, operations, and technology teams to define product requirements and enhancements.
  • Develop financial models to assess product performance, profitability, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Lead and manage product-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Create and maintain project plans, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support product launches by coordinating with teams across the value chain.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial product analysis, business analysis, or management consulting is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or a related field. Experience in private equity or investment sectors is advantageous.
