Freelance HR Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful freelancer to support our recruitment efforts on an as-needed basis.

As a Freelance HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating engaging job postings, managing applicant flow, and conducting structured phone interviews.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Draft compelling vacancy ads and publish them on leading job boards and social media platforms.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust copy to maintain a steady applicant flow.
  • Screen applicants exclusively through our ATS and update their status with clear notes.
  • Conduct structured phone interviews to evaluate cultural fit, communication skills, and technical suitability.
  • Record detailed interview outcomes and recommendations directly in our ATS.
  • Keep candidate stages current in the ATS, triggering automated follow-up or rejection messages as required.
  • Compile weekly metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline status) for HR leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Technical: Hands-on familiarity with any ATS; prior use of Odoo Recruitment is an advantage.
  • Communication: Clear written English and a pleasant, confident phone voice.
  • Tools: Reliable mobile phone with strong signal and a stable internet connection.
  • Availability: Able to conduct phone interviews within regular business hours.
  • Traits: Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of meeting deadlines without close supervision.
