Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global SuccessFactors system within a shared service environment.

This is an individual contributor role working with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk. You will be at the front lines of calls and service tickets regarding all HR/Talent/Compensation/Learning modules in the SuccessFactors system as related to our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service timely and accurately with quality standards following defined and documented processes
  • Run and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations
  • Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Possess strong technical and analytic skills and exhibit creative problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, capable of managing time efficiently and productively; ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Work and collaborate with SME/COE to resolve complex queries and requests
Requirements
  • Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience
  • Experience in Shared Services environment
  • Possess advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in SuccessFactors Cloud System
