Head of Global Payment Solutions

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our global payment solutions department. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and market leadership in the payments space.
The role requires a strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of formulating and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cash management, preferably with 6 years in product management
- Possesses project and people management experience
- Strong consultative skills
- Strong knowledge of banking products and systems
- Ability to manage pressure from clients, internal stakeholders, and governance functions in a fast-paced environment
