Job Description The Head of Key Accounts is responsible for delivering top-line growth and bottom-line profitability through the strategic management of our most important customer relationships. The Successful Applicant Proven track record of managing large retail or distributor accounts across multiple markets. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and performance tracking tools. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
