Job Description
","Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end Amazon FBA and Seller Central account management, creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings, managing shipments from creation to successful delivery, conducting daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance, responding to customer inquiries with clear proactive communication, handling refunds replacements, and resolving negative feedback. An ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics, strong Microsoft Excel skills, a detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an organized efficient results-driven attitude.
","Key Skills & Qualifications", "The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts, in-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics, strong Microsoft Excel skills, a detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an organized efficient results-driven attitude. A bonus is familiarity with business and accounting principles.
