About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account optimization, including customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting a robust end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account strategy, inclusive of customer support.
  • Conducting daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance metrics.
  • Providing clear, proactive communication in response to customer inquiries.
  • Handling product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback efficiently.
  • Analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level and implementing actionable solutions.
  • Monitoring seller performance metrics, anticipating issues before escalation.
  • Resolving stranded inventory issues to maximize sales opportunities.

Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts with a high level of proficiency.
  • A deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics is essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis) are required.
  • Attention to detail and accountability are crucial traits.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to anticipate problems.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven work style.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business & accounting principles would be beneficial.
