Amazon Product Specialist
A highly skilled and detail-oriented individual is required to manage product listings, ensure compliance, and support general office administrative tasks for a growing e-commerce company.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Amazon Seller Central expert who can take ownership of uploading new products accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and account management.

This full-time remote role involves regular housekeeping of existing product listings, verifying product data and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards, and managing product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.


Key Responsibilities
  • Product Listing Management:
    • Upload new products to Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently.
    • Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings, ensuring all information is current, compliant, and optimized.
    • Verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.
    • Manage product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.
  • Amazon Account Support:
    • Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist with various Amazon-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry for various office needs.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team and operations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and general account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
