Job Title

Educational Payroll Specialist is a key role at our organization, requiring excellent English communication skills.

We are seeking a specialist to coordinate instructors, track student progress, and provide quality customer service.

  • Perform payroll functions and other related tasks in support of Regional Operations.
  • Key responsibilities include providing outstanding academic services to students and their families, operating seamlessly in a virtual environment, and maintaining high standards for people, financial, and academic operations.
  • The ideal candidate will also ensure the delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners, meet operational excellence standards, and provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations.
  • Additionally, this role requires managing class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets, as well as monitoring all students' academic progress.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in handling payroll through ADP payroll provider is preferred.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully, exhibit a professional and approachable demeanor, and prioritize and focus on key objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both in virtual environments and using various media such as phone, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships with customers or team members.
  • Learning agility and adaptability are crucial in this fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, 2-3 years progressive career growth, experience working in a virtual operations and team environment, bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
