Academic Support Specialist

An Educational Case Manager is required to support the success of a leading educational institution.
Responsibilities include managing intakes with families/students, coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, technology skills, and organization skills.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 2-3 years progressive career growth, time management, planning, and prioritization.
Additional requirements include the ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully, professional demeanor, effective communications in virtual environments, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications, and bilingualism in English and Spanish (beneficial).
