The role of a Program Coordinator is crucial in the success of any organization. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project management, including coordination and execution of tasks, planning and data analysis, streamlining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Regional Operations by actively coordinating tasks and resources
- Provide exceptional academic services to students and their families, fostering a positive learning environment
- Maintain seamless virtual operations, utilizing technology to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners, meeting operational excellence standards
- Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company targets
- Monitor students' academic progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments
- Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with excellence
- Time management, planning, and prioritization skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
- Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor
- Effective communications both in virtual environments
- Proficient in using all communication media, including phone and video conferencing
- Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or team members
- Works Well With Others
- Learning agility - able to adapt to changes in work environment
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-3 years progressive career growth
- Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment
