Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Team Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing escalations, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Oversee customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with customers.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve complex challenges and improve processes by leveraging your excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of production environment experience with a strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • 5+ years of SQL and team leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Cloud systems experience, including networking and storage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Salesforce administration experience with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, or jQuery with experience in developing scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Utility industry or Smart Grid experience with a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • ITSM/ITIL knowledge with a certification in IT service management.
