Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing them with exceptional service and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management and/or project management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. They will also possess a strong understanding of online software services and technology-based solutions, as well as experience with process implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough customer onboarding and education processes, taking ownership of account health post-implementation.
  • Prepare accounts to be billable by ensuring successful onboarding through introduction to our platform and delegation of tasks.
  • Build goal plans for customers focused on short and long-term growth, identifying ways our company can support those goals.
  • Proactively manage relationships between virtual assistants and clients, including regular check-ins and issue resolution.
  • Manage inbound customer communications, organizing/escalating and resolving issues appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • At least one year of experience in client relationship management and/or project management.
  • Experience with process implementation is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call tools.
  • Understanding of online software services and/or technology-based solutions.
