As a senior commercial leader, you will be responsible for leading the commercial relationship with current clients to achieve strategic outcomes.

Job Purpose

Lead commercial relationships with clients to drive business growth and profitability.

  • Establish strong commercial partnerships with key client influencers and decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement a client management plan to ensure ongoing success of the relationship.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Commercial Governance Processes

  • Manage change requests and contract variations.
  • Develop commercial impact statements and recommend course of action.
  • Negotiate commercial outcomes with clients and escalate where necessary.
Organic Growth and Contract Retention

Drive Business Growth through Strategic Client Management

  • Oversee proposals for growth and changes to existing contracts.
  • Manage client contract renewal and re-tender process.
  • Develop risk and opportunity strategy papers.
Client Communication and Performance Review

Improve Client Relationships through Effective Communication

  • Identify ways to improve communication lines.
  • Escalate performance issues that may impact client relationships.
  • Anticipate sensitive topics and work with teams to manage surprises.
Qualifications

Requirements for Success

  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in client management, negotiation, statistical analysis, and pricing.
  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
