Fieldwork Coordinator Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fieldwork Coordinator to join our team. As a Fieldwork Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, testing, delivery of study invitations, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Manage sampling for allocated projects from setup to custom recruitment.
  • Develop a sampling plan for projects allocated.
  • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other custom recruitment solutions.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to the project management team.
  • Assure projects are completed in line with client-specified timelines.
  • Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
