We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering data from various sources and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in research, data, or analytics, as well as excellent communication skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data Collection: Gather data from online databases, company web pages, search engine results, and other research methods.
  • Data Validation: Utilize tools and resources to ensure attribute acceptance and remove inconsistencies or errors.
  • Record Analysis: Provide notation and commentary where data cannot be corroborated.
  • Quality Control: Follow best practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Productivity: Cooperate with supervisor and team members to achieve daily targets and project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated communication skills using the English language - written and spoken.
  • Basic computer literacy - emails, spreadsheets, search engines, data entry.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work within given deadlines and meet daily quotas.
