Strategic Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Philippines market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of expanding our business presence in the region.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our regional HQ to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of results.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, with at least 5 years in selling capital equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases in the water industry.
- Excellent knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment and technologies, as well as CRM systems.
- Pleasant personality, excellent relationship-building skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge cultural gaps and adapt to working with both private companies and government authorities.
- Competitive salary range: PHP 120,000 - 180,000 per month (approximately USD 2,400 - 3,600)
