Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Philippines market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of expanding our business presence in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our regional HQ to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, with at least 5 years in selling capital equipment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases in the water industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment and technologies, as well as CRM systems.
  • Pleasant personality, excellent relationship-building skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge cultural gaps and adapt to working with both private companies and government authorities.
