Job Summary

The Invoicing Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing the timely and accurate issuance of invoices to clients.

This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in invoicing, as well as a strong background in financial systems. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for driving initiatives aimed at improving the invoicing and collections process.

One of your primary responsibilities will be to provide actionable insights into how these processes can be streamlined and optimized. This may involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the business to identify areas for improvement.

Additionally, you will be tasked with building effective working relationships with colleagues from all departments, delivering exceptional service, and fostering a culture of efficiency within the finance team.

As a senior manager, you will be expected to possess a deep understanding of finance system migrations, supervisory skills, and professional accountancy certifications. Strong analytical and organizational abilities are essential, as is the capacity to drive results through proactive ownership.
