Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Member Development Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to enhance the ICT capabilities of our members.

The Member Development Lead will play a key role in assessing member needs and designing ICT capability development programs. They will also formulate and deliver human resource development initiatives to support digital transformation across the membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing Member Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of member needs to identify areas for ICT capability development.
  • Designing ICT Capability Programs: Design and implement ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation.
  • Formulating HR Development Initiatives: Formulate and deliver human resource development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities across the membership.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field. They should also possess knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.

Requirements
  • Significant Experience: 5+ years of experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Remote/Online Training Methodologies: Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
  • Experience with Adult Learning Principles: Experience with adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
