As an expert in automation development, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and refining complex, high-value automation solutions that bring real transformation to how HR works. Using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio), you will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring each solution delivers maximum impact while contributing to the development of reusable components and best practices for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform.
  • Able to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
