Job Title: Business Automation Specialist

Location: Remote (EST hours preferred)

Employment Type: Part-Time / Project-Based (20 hrs per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned automation professional with expertise in building artificial intelligence and machine learning powered workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tools like Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and Zapier-style integrations.

The role involves leveraging automation to streamline marketing operations, content production, and competitive analysis.

This position is designed for a builder—someone who thrives on connecting systems, reducing manual work, and creating repeatable processes that scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related tools.
  • Build and manage machine learning powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content.
  • Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing operations, or technical product roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and generative AI workflows.
  • Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, logs, and competitive research.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.
