Join Our Accounting Team

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management's use, ensuring adherence to set deadlines.
  • Provide insightful financial information and analysis to support business strategy execution and risk identification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and accelerate business performance.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly schedules of relevant Balance Sheet accounts to determine status and propriety.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of financial reporting activities.
  • Facilitate internal and external audit engagements by providing necessary audit requirements.
  • Review and update existing processes to ensure compliance with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and PMI Finance & GPO Standards.
  • Lead ad-hoc requests and special projects for business operations and other financial reporting initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, preferably with a CPA certification.
  • At least two years of relevant accounting work experience, preferably in an audit or manufacturing firm.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible and open to new concepts and responsibilities, with proven ability to respond to fast-paced environments.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
